Sharpening & Certification Service

Pioneer-Dietecs offers complete sharpening and re-certification service for specimen cutting dies from all manufacturers. We'll recalibrate, sharpen and polish your die to like new condition, often enhancing the quality of the die and making it better than when you purchased it. All dies are certified with a maintenance log for perpetual archiving so you can track them for future ISO referencing. If another manufacturer's die cannot be certified, we will advise you accordingly.

Die Maintenance Plans

Purchase a prepaid die maintenance plan and get a FREE extended warranty
A prepaid maintenance plan saves you money AND extends your warranty for one year for each sharpening. Our sharpening and certification service costs $150 per die, and a prepaid plan saves you at least 30% (or $50) per sharpening. Keep your dies sharp and protect against price increases with a prepaid maintenance plan.

3 Year Prepaid Maintenance Plan — Save $150*

Our 3 year maintenance plan costs $300 when purchased with a new die, saving you $150. The 3 year plan includes:

3 annual sharpening & re-certifications
Maintenance log updates and perpetual archiving
One year extended warranty for each sharpening

5 Year Prepaid Maintenance Plan — Save $275*

Our 5 year maintenance plan costs $475 when purchased with a new die, saving you $275. The 5 year plan includes:
