The Pioneer pneumatic press system configuration:

- All pneumatic with air-logic for semi-automatic cycle of the die ram

Safety
The press is, in essence, a closed box. There are multiple safety features and no open areas for fingers or other body parts. The redundant safety devices and lack on "pinch" areas will satisfy most safety issues.
Operation
The operator loads the specimen to be die cut and the die. The operator closes the shuttle table, the table locks, and the ram cycles. Die cutting is complete in seconds.

Operation
Load the die and part to be die-cut, close the shuttle table. The table locks in the closed position and the press cycles. Die-cutting is complete in seconds.
