Sharpening & Certification Service
Pioneer-Dietecs offers complete sharpening and re-certification service for specimen cutting dies from all manufacturers. We'll recalibrate, sharpen and polish your die to like new condition, often enhancing the quality of the die and making it better than when you purchased it. All dies are certified with a maintenance log for perpetual archiving so you can track them for future ISO referencing. If another manufacturer's die cannot be certified, we will advise you accordingly.
Pioneer-Dietecs sharpening and certification service includes:
- Complete reconditioning of the specimen die
- A certificate of compliance
- Updated maintenance log
- Perpetual archiving of the specimen die’s history for an ISO paper trail
